At Blincks, we take great pride in the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our clients. We understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary, and we have developed the following refund policy to ensure that our clients are fairly compensated for any issues that may arise:

1. Refund Eligibility:

• Our refund policy applies to all services provided by Blincks, including web designing and development in WordPress, website maintenance, WordPress management, and YouTube channel optimization.
• Refunds are only eligible for services that have not yet been completed. Once a service has been completed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Circumstances of Refund

• Refunds will only be issued in cases where our team has been unable to deliver the services outlined in the client’s project scope, despite a reasonable number of attempts to do so.
• Refunds will not be issued due to changes in the client’s business circumstances, or changes to their design preferences that were not included in the original project scope.
• Refunds will not be issued if the client terminates the project before completion.

3. Refund Process:

• Clients who believe they are eligible for a refund must submit a written request to Blincks at [email protected] detailing the reasons for the request.
• We will review the request and determine whether the circumstances outlined in the request meet the eligibility criteria for a refund.
• If the refund is approved, we will issue the refund within 30 days of the approval date.

4. Limitations of Liability:

• Blincks shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of services provided, including but not limited to lost profits or revenue, or damage to reputation.
• We shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of third-party services, including but not limited to hosting or domain registration.
