Liana’s Outfit Hire is a Perth based dress hire business ran from a home studio in the northern suburbs of Innaloo. Liana and her team have a wealth of knowledge about designer brands and fashion, and you can be sure to leave the studio which showcases over 100 designer outfits, feeling confident in your chosen garment.

Challenge

There were some issues with the website whose detail is given as below (as client mentioned):

Content taking too long delay to load – We need a quick website load time, but also content to show immediately. WP rocket is installed.

When a search term is entered, it is showing result with an incorrect count number, e.g it states 29 items when there is only 6 matching, and then shows 1 on the first page, and 5 on the second page. Need result count to be correct, and all items to show correctly. Need a solution that will continue to work even if plugins are updated.

Solution

To optimize website for speed, we installed and configured premium plugins for WordPress. Those plugins included those for image optimization, script management, and cache plugins. While configuring, we made sure that website was not breaking. We were successfully managed to reduce website load time to around 2 seconds.

Also, we fixed the product count problem by effectively debugging it and finding the root cause of the issue. Then we took appropriate steps to solve the issue.
